We are excited to announce that we are looking for a HSE/Manager Manager to join our business. 

Orthios is dedicated to the creation of the Eco Park business and employment opportunities. Head office contains a unique team of experts providing service support to its subsidiary Eco Park & Energy Centre based in Anglesey specialising in sustainable energy, polymer processing, architecture, design and project delivery.

Our site at Holyhead is unique in the region benefitting from excellent road, rail, and sea transport links which are particularly beneficial for the operation. Orthios also intends to develop the site as a multi-modal hub to serve both the commercial transport and freight markets.

In our business, health, safety, environment, and customer focus, are essential. Our success is based on the collaborative efforts of the entire team in building good relationships. We are looking to expand our existing dynamic and innovative team and require a HSE Advisor/Manager who can maximise the operating performance, ensuring that compliance to health, safety and environment standards are met.

The focus of this role is to have a hands-on approach to lead the group in the promotion, implementation and organisation of Health, Safety and Environment, and ensure the group manages its risk profile appropriately.

To develop Health, Safety and Environment policies and practices, so that operations have appropriately skilled and trained resources to meet the current and future needs aligned with the attainment of zero injuries/illnesses.

To foster a culture which leads to a highly motivated and committed workforce with the full use and development of all members of the group.

Ideally you need to be NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent qualified, with experience working in regulated environments such as CDM, manufacturing and petrochemical industries with proven experience managing a team and driving positive behavioural change.
